About Us
Dufferin Villa is owned and operated by Portage la Prairie Assisted Living Corporation (PAL), a local community based non-profit organization. Residents of Dufferin Villa receive support services including two meals per day, weekly housekeeping, planned activities and a personal medical alert system – all as part of an overall strategy to support and enhance independent living.

Floor Plans
- Spacious one and two bedroom apartments with private balconies
- Kitchens complete with ample cabinetry, stainless steel sink, microwave shelf, refrigerator/freezer, and electric range.
- In-suite clothes washer/dryer.
- All suites equipped with both a bathtub and separate 4′ shower stall.
- Individually controlled heat and air conditioning for each suite.
- Entire building, including suites, fully accessible for ease of mobility.
